- Where do I catch the Manila to Batangas Bus?
Answer:
- Paranaque Integrated Bus Terminal (PITX) opened around the time of COVID and it is the best place to get a Bus almost anywhere.
- Manila is a big place and there are MANY Bus terminals and many bus lines that go to Batangas Pier. Just find one close to where you are staying or arriving.
- Take any bus that says BATANGAS PIER
- The fastest bus will also say DIRETSO (Direct)
- Bus Lines usually run 24 hours a day and during busy times, like Christmas & Easter, it is best to get to the terminal EARLY (Like 1:00 am) Yes, really!

- These are current as of July 2021
- Bus = ₱200 per person / 2 hours
- Metered Taxi = ₱4,000 for 4 people, Including all Tolls & Fuel / 2 hours
- Van = ₱4,000 for 7 people, Including all Tolls & Fuel / 2 hours
Batangas to Puerto Galera
Question:
- Are there any flights from Manila to Puerto Galera?
Answer:
- There are currently NO FLIGHTS going to Puerto Galera as of July 2021. At one time 2 Seaplane companies served this route but both have ceased operations. I am not sure why BUT they could start again at any time.

Answer:
- First, you must get to BATANGAS PIER.
- Puerto Galera is on the Island of OrientalMindoro so you will need to take a boat.
Questions:
- Ferry from Batangas to Puerto Galera?
- What is the fare from Batangas to Puerto Galera?
- What is the Ferry Schedule?
Answer:
- MANY Ferries are running this route. Small FastCraft, Small Roll On-Roll Off Vehicle/Passenger vessels, and Large Roll On-Roll Off Vessels.
- The trip can take between 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the boat you take. Choose a FastCraft if you like a quick trip.
- The Ferries usually run from APPROXIMATELY Sunrise to Sunset, 6 am > 6 pm.
- Schedule changes CONSTANTLY!
- Even though I have been here for 20 years I still just get to Batangas Pier then figure out what is running when & where THAT DAY. The important thing is to get to the island of OrientalMindoro then getting to Puerto Galera is easy ????
- The cost varies depending on the boat but currently, it is about P300 per person (April 2020)
From BATANGAS PIER take any boat to:
- MUELLE PIER – Puerto Galera
- BALATERO PIER – Puerto Galera
- CALAPAN PIER – This is the Capitol of OrientalMindoro and is about 50km from Puerto Galera – Then take a Tricycle to the Van Terminal (10 min), Then take a Van to Puerto Galera (1 Hour)
There is an ALTERNATIVE:
- From Manila take a VAN to BERBERABE PIER. This is a private Pier in Batangas that has Speedboats going DIRECT to Puerto Galera. The trip is QUICK, about 45 minutes, but not cheap. Contact info@BADLADZ.com for current Prices.
